        Do not recall seeing this style. Jelle's idea could be correct.


        Or maybe a jewellers generic case with no maker.


        Will move to the appropriate cases and packets forum to get the "cases" geeks to cast their eyes over it, as suggested by Chet They may be able to determine if it is "period" manufacture etc.
