Issued no. But sketches have been made. Paulus wanted the grain elevator, located just south of the Tsaritsa river as the symbol of the capture of the city and thus being used on the Stalingrad shield. I am not sure if any shield were made but I am convinced they were not issued.

        No.

The Stalingrad Shield was a projected award and there was even a contest for design proposals from the troops.

However, after the 6th Army's capitulation, the whole project was cancelled. The Stalingrad Shield was never instituted, manufactured or awarded.

All such shields offered today are post-war fakes, some of which are based on one of the known submitted design proposals, while others feature the "Stalingrad Cross" worn as a shoulder board device by the 44th Infantry Division.

In reality, there were only two sketches of the Stalin shield. Sketch 1 was designed by the artists of the 637 propaganda company, the second varinate shield suggested by Field Marshal Paulus himself.
In metal, the Stalingrad shield was never produced.

there was a beautifully made shield from stamped steel I think from the 1970s..
                  - It featured the Stalingrad cross, was vaulted, on a piece of Army cloth, paper to back, even think it had a bit of rust around bits of it. Very good detail and at the time really made you think..
The later generations were flat and the different materiel used..

That's right. I remember there was an article on those in a German magazine a while back. (I've been looking for it, but can't find it at the moment.)

The one with the eagle and the bayonets is even being used for a commercially produced pin these days:
