    Demjansk out of the ground.

Hello. Please help me find out who produced this shield (manufacturer). Earlier, I dug up the shield demyansk iron, rusty. This shield with the use of zinc metal looks good, it was almost 80 years in the ground near the German bunker.

You say the shield is made out of iron sheet (magnetic)?
This shield looks to me a lot like the only known Demjansk shield made out of zinc.

I am really suprised that the cloth remained? This doesn't seem right.

        Just my opinion.

Not really that unusual about the fabric. I saw a sock come out of the ground pretty well intact the other day!

            Hello.
Thank you for your opinions! I want to show the best photos. a few years ago, I dug up an iron shield. You can watch it. on right. it is magnetic.
Zinc shield weak to magnet. the magnet wants to take his iron back. the force is two times weaker than the attraction force of iron.
At about 15 meters, I discovered the death mark of ss. as well as a reward.

Sorry, I misunderstood you. I thought your recent shield was made out of iron sheet. However being made out of zinc makes sense.
The maker of this zinc shield is still unknown.
