It's a doubtful one made with a base fabric used for post-war cufftitles.
As far as I know, no one of this type has a proof to support it is wartime, or is matching with wartime known cufftitles.
It is made like a rare wartime pattern, it is close but not cigar.

As I said I liked what I saw, but the closes up of the back material make me doubt.
Cant say right now if its 100% original
