Kuban shield

Hi everyone , could i please get some opinions on this kuban shield , it looks Good to me except for the beak of the eagle, it looks kind a weird to, according to the book i have on it , its from an unknown maker . I would love to get some expert opinions . Thanks in advance[emoji6]
