It would be advisable to buy an example that does not have a stain on it. This is not a rare cuff title.

And way overpriced to boot if that is what the tag is for. These NCO school titles are not uncommon and I think are about half that price.

I don't feel like the price is out of line at all, but like Pauke said, don't buy this one because of the stain. The two Luft cuff titles, on the other hand, look quite interesting!
