This is related to the other Lappland thread as it's a shield found just a few hundred meters away from the 'press' found this weekend but is of a different style.
This one, which was found a few weeks ago, again on a former LW airfield that had over 5700 interned, mostly flak soldiers i've actually found in my little database of shield types.
Pressed in thin aluminium, but also seen in brass it has a very distinctive coastline style, also notice the lettering anomalies, like the slightly lower first L and the gap in the D.
I think my one was a poor strike and so thrown away, but it confirms this particular style as genuine.
