Who decided they were fakes?
Russians only? And the rest of the world?
Please Stive, serious russian collectors don't follow the "russian way" for Thrird Reich militaria. You have a lot of sentences and judgements for a lot of TR pieces, but no one is believable or supported by serious ideas. Only speculations. From the Narvik to the Breslau finding.
You need only to open your eyes and search outside from your conuntry. Russia is not the world, the world is bigger than Russia.
I'll be happy to see your "fake Afrikakorps" cufftitle since I'm just working on a book about all the campaign cufftitles, including the AK.
So please, show here what you condider the fake type from the Breslau finding.
My books:
- THE WEHRPAß & SOLDBUCH OF THE WH
- THE SS TK RING
- THE ITALIAN-GERMAN MEDAL
- THE ANTI PARTISAN BADGE
- THE AWARDS OF THE LW
and more!

Hello Stive,
You simply do not know what you are talking about.
Look, buddy, I was the one who was happy to explore the place in early 80's and I believe I was one of the most successfull there. I don't know what kind of stuff with "Breslau warehouse" legend you've got in Russia in early 90', it could be just any crap, but I am sure about what I witnessed myself back in 1983. If you question the fact that huge ammount of badges, medals and cufftitles was found in Wrocław(Breslau) in the harbour area, I see it as kind of personal insult from an unaware ignorant.

But I think it will change nothing, because they showed us in various times they believe only in what comes out from Russia. So it is completely useless waste time in reply, I think they will never change their mind.
So the Deumer attributed Narvik will remain a fake (but no one of the Russian collectors visited the Deumer factory or talk with those who got the shields from there), the Breslau find will remain a put-togheter of fakes (but of course no one was there and no one of them knows absolutely nothing about that find), and so on...
In the next "russian" post maybe we will read that Hitler is still alive in Moskow, and that will be definitely true at 100%, because it is in Russia!!
Luckily a good part of serious russian collectors make some laughs when read their nonsense replies.Last edited by Antonio Scapini; 02-13-2017, 10:25 AM.
