Cut down afrika cuff

Hi All
I've been sent this salty very cut down Afrika cuff title. I was thinking of incorporating into a DAK display but want to be sure about it before I buy. As can be seen it has the remains of an RZM tag on the back.
Any comments would be appreciated.
