Want to add all is uv negative and there are a few "tan" colored threads where it appears to be uniform removed. It also appears to be worn as some of the "smooth" felt nap is worn.

No comments? These are hard to research. Found a few threads on the forum that have these posted, however, it "looks" like some of them have the same green felt material "pattern, but the images are not clear enough to tell for sure. To me the embroidery regarding the letters looks the same.

Nice (and rare) original cuff title. (IMHO) The nap wear gives the dark green wool a somewhat coarse appearance, and some of the tread used for constructing the cuff title are of a different color from mine, but the embroidery and construction are spot on.
