Cholm shield for review

Hi All

I have a chance to deal this Cholm shield, however in bad condition.
Please let me know your comments, the shield was made in iron and magnetic.
3 prongs were missing, so did the backing and plate.

IMO it is a fake shield.

May be it's an original "Cholm" - but he is dead ......
(I think - not original ....)

Not original IMO, take a look at the eagles head for example looks like a crow
