would value opinions on this vet bring back, any pointers on maker if it is original would be great, this also came with ss officer ring but yet to see that? also what would be a fair offer on one in this condition thanks for any input in advance very best and thanks for looking martin.

Indeed a very nice shield Martin.
It is possible it belonged to the same SS man of the ring, nothing wrong with that, but I think it is impossible to be sure about.

A good shield and infrequent, it is a pity that a little bit "tired"
