    Rare Cuff Title

    Hi gents,
    a friend brought me these two cuff titles.
    Seems to me this is HJ and Freikorps.
    Anybody an Idea ?

      Rudolf Berthold (WWI Pour le Merite winner, Ace pilot) formed the Freikorps 'Frankische Bauerndetachement Eiserne Schar Berthold' with the blessing of the government. My guess would be that both sleeve bands are for that unit.

        For the first band = HJ, Bann Würzburg Stadt. See p. 270 "Handbook of the Hitler-Jugend" by W. Saris, Bender.
