Kurland Cuff title

Would like opinions on this Kurland cuff title. It is 9 ¼ inches long x 1 ½ inches wide. It has been in a scrapbook (White glue reside on the back through out.).

All opinions welcome.

These hand made cufftitles are always hard to judge, but this one is IMO an original. Construction materials, embroidery and aging are what I would expect to see in an original piece.
