opinion on A Campaign Arm Shield Kuban-Army 1943

I acquired the estate of Roger Sherman. He was a collector of Nazi memorable. On that note I will ask for your opinion on A Campaign Arm Shield Kuban-Army 1943: Bronzed alloy or zinc, cloth/ paper backing.
