No way to tell with one photo...there must be more to give this one its due(although I dont like the varying widths(may be an optical illusion due to the flash or lighting ?), and you should go to wehrmacht awards and look at those examples )...they were made post war...so you need F, B, ends of the back, and inside the flaps (open) and close ups of the back of the writing reverse stitching. Ask for more...when you have time.
