    Sardinienschild variant

    Gentleman

What is the general consensus on this variant of the Sardinienschild?? Good or not good???

It differs from the "white metal" ones.

The text from the name of the city of "Olbia" crosses the vertical running river. It's struck from non magnetic sheet-metal.

To make a quick post I was so liberate to take this picture from a post from Deejay from some time ago.

Today I discussed this variant with a friend and we couldn't work out a consensus and the debate stayed open.

Hi Eric, I have to say this is not a textbook shield. All I saw, even the ground dug, were differents.
Do you have a picture of the back side?

All what I can say is that I would give it a chance. It looks a die struck buntmetall shield, and I like the way it is made and its aging.
