                          Looks like that dark solder to me .. and the reason I think it isn't polished ,is the wear on the wreath and high points wouldn't wear the oakleaves on the wreath that severely...just how it appears to me.....as these have a curve that is outward in the center, and are not flat.(to hug the arm contour)(vaulted)
