                Not sure if it is just me but is the right bottom prong repaired? Either way even with the cleaning it is still nice!

                          Looks like that dark solder to me .. and the reason I think it isn't polished ,is the wear on the wreath and high points wouldn't wear the oakleaves on the wreath that severely...just how it appears to me.....as these have a curve that is outward in the center, and are not flat.(to hug the arm contour)(vaulted)
