    Got this shield a few weeks ago. As far as I know this type isn't accepted by everyone as a wartime piece. But still I love the details and quality.

            To my knowledge this is an original wartime piece.
            This type you can find in two version. With and without a die flaw on the right eagles claw.

            This shield has been faked and the fake is very close to the original.

                For me too this shield is an original one, attributed to JFS.
                Another one was discussed some months ago, in a very interesting thread.
