    Alex, I don´t have a good feeling about this one. Coloration and the eagle´s head are red flags for me. Just my two cents...

          Yes, a bad copy. You can see it is a copy because the metal used is completely wrong and simply looking at one detail: the eagle head seems to wear a helmet.
