Opinions on this KRIM shield please

For some reason I like these shields stripped from their backing. slightly curved and "holed"
Found one yesterday and want to pick it up later in the month - what do you all think ? And is it a zincer?

I'll be the first to take a crack at it.
There's a lot of good traits with this award. However, I am curious as this appears to be modified by having the 4 pins off the back and this award is in remarkable shape (unissued) this is my only red flag so far. I look forward to what others might say.
My opinion is that it is too close to call IMHO.

Looks OK to me but may have been cleaned at some point. If you like the drilled examples and the price is right, I'd say go for it.

Looks fine to me. Touch a magnet to it. Should be sheet metal.
