First one is mint.

The back is covered with a black covering that looks and feels almost like felt?

Both are very nice original examples of Narvik shields. The first one is the so called "snaggle beak" type, because of the eagles beak.

The second is a type most probably made by Deumer.

Both very nice and in a very good condition.
