I would not expect to see the AK cufftitle on a green collared summer tunic, so I assume it was added postwar. It might be a good cufftitle and a good tunic, but they do not belong together, IMO.

hi jerry, I've searched and there are pictures that prove otherwise.
in the book of Robert j. Edwars / h Pruett Uniformen deutscher,
page 153 there are 2 examples of an officer's uniform oficer m 36, with green collar and cuff title.

I don't have that book, so I can only agree that it is possible. Can you post the pic, as I would like to copy it for future reference?

I think the cuff looks in much better condition than the tunic.

          Thanks,

          Jerry

Agree with Jerry, CT looks like it has been added postwar. These tan ones were found in bundles postwar and many have since been added to tunics. Have not seen any photos of the tan one in use during the war.
From the pics, the wear on the CT does not match the wear on the tunic or boards etc imo. Would be more convincing if it were an olive AKCT.

Hello and I have the tunic, summer fieldgrey light, without flash is bright
gray-green, weighs little, cuftitle is sewn by machine, is somewhat damaged
dirty, and very close very well drawn and well-sewn straight, I think it
was impossible when there is cuftitle.
              I put some pictures.
I wanted to know if it was the cuftitle was original, thanks for your
              responses have helped me.

I cannot tell 100% from the photos but to me it looks like everything probably was added to a stripped tunic.

Clear images would help, I do not have a problem with the CT being worn on a Field gray tunic. The green tunics were worn in Africa and on leave with the CT. This is a lightweight tunic as well.

out of fairness to the seller, he is being very honest as well about this and he is selling it for basically parts values - if it is indeed all real it would be worth three times the selling price maybe more.

"The tunic is in Very well used condition and comes from a collection we bought, we have no provenience on it and we donĀ“t know if it is restored or untouched original, all individual pieces are originals though, priced accordingly!!"

thanks johnny, the seller is honest no problem, as you rightly say is the price is good, but not what I collect (parts added.)
The tunic is in good condition, all original, but there are parts sewn doubtful, it is my opinion, the title is very well sewn.
I'll reverse the uniform, thank you all.
                              all best
