Hi Peter,

You're fast as the lightning ;-)

Unfortunately as this one is among the first ones i have handled, i cannot tell, but by looking in the old posts i would tend to say yes.
Is there a way i could tell for sure ?

HI Orjan...it's either an hour on the forums or a supermarket shop with the wife and kids....no contest

Touch a magnet to the shield..if it sticks it's sheet metal, if not, it's a Zinker

Beautiful Deumer example Orjan! Looks to be in great shape!

If you have a small magnet, as Peter already stated, touch it to the shield to see if it sticks. Just try a couple different spots as the shield may be non-magnetic while the backplate could be, so try the test from the back and see how strong the attraction is, then try it from the front and compare.
