Krim Shield Help

Hello everyone. A friend is hoping to purchase one of these shields at an upcoming auction. I really can't tell if they are good enough or not by the limited pics and limited experience with these. These are the only pics that are available. Hoping some of you experts on these are able to make a determination as to authenticity for me.

I've learned the hard way more than once to ask for larger, clearer PICS before voicing opinions here, but tend to agree with Peter that these are modern copies. Do a search and you should find examples-good and bad of these styles.

Thanks a million guys. I will pass the message along. I did do some research after the post but the pics do stink and auctions for the most part don't give out better pics.

I'd love to see a close-up of the first Krim.....The Eagle looks very odd and look at the shape of the date numeral '2'....
