Ok Guys this is my Sheild I've been asking about. I've had it for about 30 yrs, I picked it up in an antique shop in Santa Barbara when I was still in high school.

I hope you did not pay a lot for it 30 years ago. This fake is still around , but with much improved details especially the head area.Comment

I belive I paid around $45.00 back then, if it's a fake then the store owner didn't know cause he always claimed to sell original items, he'd send the junk around the corner to the pawn shop. I knew him all of my school years cause I'd hang out there after school and buy things from him when I could.Comment

No it was from a place called Collectors Corner owned by a gentleman named Roy. I use to love hanging out in his shop after school and looking at all the neat things he had there . He use to have one of Goerings Trains on a shelf that was part of his collection. Don't remeber the name of the street but it was caddy corner of the post office. Never heard of Bobs when I lived there back in the 80s. The other shop I hung out in was Betty Jeans Treasures which was 2 doors down. Haven't been back to Santo Barbarba since I left in 82 so I don't know if thier still around.Comment

These repros are always stamped Bad Homburg...which is a beautiful city where I stay at every year when on business in Germany!
They have the oldest casino in Europe. I was thinking about getting one because of that!Comment
