I don't like it. The backing and sloppy details of the lettering are a big problem to me. The "M" is really different from known originals.

I don't like it either. The letters on cufftitels always go straight on. This one is starting low to end higher up. Am I telling English here ? (do you know what I mean)

I understand what you are saying, but I do not agree. HG cufftitles are different. Look at every textbook original (check out the ones in the Williamson/ McGuirl Cuffband book, for some examples) and you will note the last "G" is usally smaller than the other letters.

This one is fake for other reasons as I mentioned. IMO.

Thanks guys, for the opinions. I didn't notice how sloppy the lettering was until I photograghed this cuff title.

Hi Willi,

It's not what I meant. I know that of the "G". If you look at the cufftitle you will notice that it begins lower (starting from the "H") and ends higher up than it started.

Ok, now I understand.

But, that is not always true. Originals do not always have to be sewn level. It can help tell good from bad, but the quality of the lettering and base fabric are better indicators.
