Lost regarding NARVIK shields?

Your Narvik is just as my one that has been in my collection for more than 15 years. Same nice details, with copper coming through. My one is on wool cloth army with back plate.

I have a question,
frank posted that he thought that the nonveins in michigans narvic shield was a question mark that "did not inspire conficence"
but he said that jan's shield posted on 12/10/03 was ablolutly genuine.
My question is that this shield matches michigans [with no veins in the wreath] and brian's shield. the wing tips look to me anyway, the same slight over lap on the top of the shield on the right side. the stamen centers I counded dots in each one and other details, so what makes one a question and the other absolutly real?
