Opinions on 2 Krim Shields please

Could you please give me your opinions on the 2 Krim Shields belows? are they original? Thank you in advance!

Krim #1 - Sorry I don't have a picture on the back, but it's covered by a clean (no glue marked) brown paper just like the Krim #2.
