    What is your opinion on this narvik shield?
    Fake??
    Is it the so-called small 4 ???

        Would agree although some people swear by them. Dont care much for the colouration on this one unless its the pics.

            No problem Jens.
            You will find this type of fake both in silver and in gold. I have both of these fake shields in my collection and both will appear in my book about the armshields. You will also be able to see the original shield on which these fakes were based.

            Original Narvik shields are becoming very rare. Last Thursday I went to the show at Kassel and if I remember correctly I only saw 2 original Narvik shields. One was bought by fellow member Marc B. The other one was a fabulous early shield and went from collector to collector.

              Hi Pascal had not realised you were brining out a book . When is the expected publication date? Should be good. Have you got a sneak preview for us . All the best

                  Expected publication date will hopefully around this time next year.
                  There is still an aweful lot of work to do but I am proud to say that there will be some new discoveries in the book. I will show a sneak preview as soon as possible.
