Narvik Juncker?

Not the best pics, all I can get. As I understand, Juncker made a type 1 and type 2. Does this conform to either? If anyone has photos of the Juncker shields, please post. thanks

Maybe I missed something but was it ever proved to be more than an assumption that Juncker made this type? Was there a sales cardboard or something?
Anyway, your shield is original.

I agree with Frank, the shield is original.
That this type of Narvik shield was ever made by Juncker is nothing more then an assumption which I started and which was based on article published by an German militaria magazine.
I don’t know this thread on another forum.
There is however no proof what so ever that this type was ever manufactured by Juncker and I was unable to contact the author of that article.
As anything better then calling this type “type x” and by being manufactured with such high detail I could have also called this type the “Porsche” type .

I only know of one variant of this type so can you please show us which two variants there are according to you?

Thanks, Pascal, glad to know I did not sleep through a new revelation. I am not surprised it was called a Juncker in a German source. Germans love to call all awards where they do not perfectly understand the origin and which have a good looking design "Juncker." It is a local sickness.
Maybe it holds some truth in this case, we will see. Time will always tell.
