Hi Oleg,
I don't like this shield. The shield is after the so called Juncker design, also known as snaggletooth, but the shield looks like it is brand new.
Although is looks brand new it also shows some signs of wear like the eagles head.
To be certain I would have to hold it it but from what I can see I would say not for my collection.

Here is the exact same badge as the one from Oleg. After comparing it closely to a real Juncker snaggletooth I came to the conclusion that this shield is a cast copy of the real shield.

No I haven't Frank but as you can clearly see the fine details are just missing on this shield.
