I retract my statement. You are correct about dark green.
looking closer, this cuff band has a worn down look and with a green sheen.

I agree. This is one of the rarest cuffbands of Heer. The 19 grenadier regiment, which had these cuffbands, was partially destroyed in May 1945, and the remains of the regiment were captured in East Prussia by the Red Army.
