Look at the 1813 letters.. seems unaligned, too much put on the left, it's normal ?

Welcome, as I am fairly new myself, you will find this a great place to learn and share information. Don’t be afraid to ask questions, even if you think they are silly or might seem obvious, we are all here to learn. Just from the pictures I would give that the thumbs down, the 1813 does look off center and appears crooked but this could be the scanned picture. The ring at the top looks too rough to be original could you post zoomed in photos?
