    Spanish Cross w/swords

Does anyone have the dimensions of a Spanish cross w/ swords and is there a problem with the hallmark 900?

Nothing wrong with a 900 hallmark, it's the 925 you have to worry about. But repros have all sorts of hallmarks on them so the hallmark it not a way to determine originality.

    I have a 835 marked piece..

I think the the Spanish Crosses are one of the most beautiful of all the decorations.
        Have a look at: http://home.att.net/~SgtMaggit/SC900.html
for some fine photos of a "900" Cross.

Note that the bottom portion of the swords by the hilt are about .5 mm wider than the top portion for this Spanish Cross with Swords in 900 Silver by:
        Maker: C.F.Zimmermann; Location: Pforzheim
        Weight: 29.94g Width: 55.62mm Height: 55.62mm Swords: 63mm

Thanks alot for the information. I had one that I was looking at today at an auction. It looked right but its nice to compare notes with others who have bettter knowledge. As it turns out there was another bidder there who wanted it pretty bad and drove the price up to $1400 Canadian however it came as a group with a with the smaller cross of honour. It looks as if it was good and in hind sight it would have been a good find if the other one was good aswell. Once again thanks for the input.

            Hi
Several manufacturers made this decoration applying it the silver ''900'' stamp. Each manufacture has its own characteristics.
            Juncker, Godet, Meybauer, Deumer,
