Anyone know where to get a quality, hand held blacklight for fake detection at a reasonable price?

I have seen a few on eBay, but I remember some discussion awhile back about negative experiences with certain sellers.

I can't tell you where to get a blacklight. But I can tell you that the ones for sales on ebay from seller galleriapacifica are garbage and it is hard to get the seller to send a second one when the first does not work.
