Wehrmacht Divisonal/Regimental Symbol

Hi,
I'm relatively new here, but I was wondering if anyone could offer any help as to this symbol. I've checked most of the available divisional symbols at Feldgrau.com and asked Mr. Niemann, but so far have found nothing. I don't think there's any better place to turn than here. Thanks. It has a great section on unit insignias - sorted by appearance. Your picture was unclear so I couldn't quite make out what it was.
