EK1 and Assault Badge - Fakes?

I hope that this time I have this scanner thing figured out. Click on the site address and let me know what you think of these pieces, (They came out very small), but hopefully the detail is there. The Iron Cross has a small half circle on the bottom edge I have not seen this on any other cross.

The assault badge has had the lower catch replaced, but the detail is fine-but for only$25 I am suspicious of this piece as well.
