57er mini chain of Theodor Wisch?

I was offered a 57er mini chain, that should belong to Theodor Wisch.

Does anybody have some original pictures of it?

It contains:
- KC mit Oakleaves and Swords
- German Cross in Gold
- EK1
- EK2
- WB in gold
- IAB
- Eastmedal

I've seen a few postwar photo's of Wisch, but on all of them he is only wearing his RK.....no mini chain unfortunately!!
Are the awards you mentioned the only ones on the chain, or are there more??
I think he was awarded the Romanian Crown Order....but maybe he didn't include that one????

at the moment I have no pictures , but there are no furthermore awards on the mini chain.

I believe he was also awarded the Olympic Decoration 2nd class......
But again, just because its not on the chain doesn't mean the chain isn't his, but I would urge caution before buying....some provenance, some link to Wisch would be nice!!!
No doubt, it wont be cheap, ask if the seller has any way of tracing it back to Wisch, or his family!!

here in the WAF I found the following picture:

There we could see the Romanian Crown Order, but no olympic decoration I would say.

What do you see on the ribbon bar?

- ?
- The March 13, 1938 Commemorative Medal
- The October 1 1938 Commemorative Medal with Prague Castle

It looks like two identical bars, like two long service medals, but there are no devices on the ribbons??
He has his Ost as a ribbon in the button hole, rather than part of his ribbon bar, certainly the Romanian Crown Order is there, but as a separate medal, again not on his ribbonbar, and, according to the "Traces Of War" site, he was awarded the Olympic Decoration 2nd class, but he doesn't seem to be wearing that at all???
We really need a postwar photo of him wearing his mini chain I think??

Those have to be the ribbons for the 4- and 8-year SS long service awards. They're the only ones that make sense here:

• Wisch was awarded the 8-year grade on 5 November 1941.
• The ribbons are clearly of a solid color. The only Third Reich-era awards I can think of that had solid-colored ribbons without any stripes were the various long service awards (blue ribbons) and the 2nd Class Ostvolk decoration in Bronze (dark green ribbon). Witt would not have been eligible for any other long service award besides the SS ones and was not awarded the Ostvolk decoration (actually the 3rd Class in Bronze was not awarded to Germans at all).
• They don't bear any devices, which was according to regulations for the 8- and 4-year SS Long Service Awards (miniature devices for those existed and were worn, but they were of an unofficial nature).
• In the official order of precedence, they are in the correct position for long service awards (but not for foreign awards).

(The only problem here is that the 4-year grade was only supposed to be awarded to enlisted men upon discharge following completion of their term of duty.)

Also, these awards would not appear on a 57er medal chain, as they were banned from wear under the laws of '57.
