    KC family

I want to keep a few kc's myself rest is going to a new owner. Monday the first is leaving to my friend. But It's so hard to pick the next one.

So I made one last picture before the family will break up.
I didn't know I had so many left after I opened the box after about 8 years.

Now I need to pick the next oneā€¦.pffff.
Another problem is that many belong to a group and I have to go through old files and mails to see what came with it. My wife threw everything I had in a few boxes. and all is mixed up.
And most kc's were all out of their boxes to make detailed pictures, and she just threw them in the first box she found. so I also have to find the right box for the kc again.

But I thought it would be nice to see so many 1957 KC's together. a few Schickles, 1 unknown maker with very early S&L B frames and the rest first pattern S&L's. so here is the picture.

Very cool sight with so many nice RK‘s in one pic.
I have similar pics, showing the postwar RK‘s of my collection. Even a few more crosses. (+30 crosses)

    Best regards,
    Alex

        Fantastic sight Luud..
You can certainly spare a few!!
Must be difficult to decide which to sell and which to keep?
If it were me, i think i would keep the attributed ones, especially if they are part of a large grouping!!
All the ones you posted here are still in the old threads, that might help you sort out what belongs together

              Thanks guys,

I have to let something go. it takes too much space. I have one closet reserved.
I made a picture how small the space is. So I have to be picky.

First 2 keepers are known, I made a picture of the 2 RK's I will keep.
One of the groups I posted before:
              http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/foru...=597386&page=3

Nigel, that is indeed how I am rebuilding the things, going through old thread, mails pictures I recieved and asking old friends what they have on file.
Just eliminating 1 thing at a time.

Jeff, I had once a car like your name around. I will make some pictures in the future if I keep it, otherwise you will see my friend posting it. But if I remeber it correct it had the unflawed (wartime?) B frames.

One hour left to prepare a few packages and than I must practice for the first marathon I will do on okt 20th in Amsterdam. Must practice more and till a few months ago was 3 km the furthest I ever ran. (was in the army in 1991).
I already regret the promise I made to go with them.
Now all friend and family will be there to look, so I need to get to the finish otherwise I have to hear this the rest of my life

So maybe I need to save a spot for my own medal.

I Really have no idea, The came in it, so I kept them in there.
I looked at wartime cases and the closest was the 25 years Treue dienst medal.
So if someoone has any idea, please let me know.
Those 2 kc's in the red cases I still have, but many KC's from that picture already found a new home.
