It looks like the S&L design, with all late S&L hardware, but the finish does seem unusually "gritty" for S&L?
Assmann's are usually marked.....

This Wound Badge came long with the 3 Assmann EK1 and to be honest the finish is very different to the smooth ST&L finish.
