    Honor Clasp

Hello buddies from the best department on WAF.
We're catching up. I was busy lately. I keep working or trips. There was also time for nice activities. Today I will show one of my last April shopping in Austria - a 1957 Luftwaffe Honour Roll Clasp with Ribbon. (Imo looks like a early war time ribbon). Your observations will be appreciated.

    Best regards.

    Maciej G.

Super piece Maciej...great to see such an item posted!!!
The clasp is an early example, with 4 horizontal prongs, crisp details and a nice golden finish!
The ribbon looks like a wartimer to me, and rather than the colour being as a result of exposure to sunlight, I think its possible its one of the early orange type???
Anyway, great piece, it really is!!!!
PS... I noticed that you posted it on FB, and someone said ribbon great...57er boring!! Its a shame that such views still exist, as it looks like this is a vet owned and worn piece, and was probably well prized by its owner!!!

Nice, I wonder if the ribbon would have had his TR spange on originally?

Its true my friend. Many collectors disregard the period after the WWII.

              Best regards.

                Hello my friend..

That is a very nice looking piece. Love the color of the ribbon.

                The others are just insecure.

                Regards,
                Rudy
