Very nice picture Nigel ! I never get tired of seeing these imperial replacements - especially these „overview“ style pics. I did some similar ones in the past.

    Regards,
    Alex

Why not add some more PLM‘s for some additional color ... unfortunately this pic doesn‘t show my recent Christmas present - an early Rothe PLM with Crown -

.... or some yellow.... also an older pic that doesn‘t show the most recent variants I picked up but still nice to look at.

Thanks Nigel. I personally like to edit photos a bit, this is a so-called oil canvas style, somehow I am attracted by them.

Its a good effect Andrew, I like it!!
Collectors often take some great "arty" photo's of Imperial and Third Reich medals and badges, but no-one seems to do it with 57ers, as if they aren't worthy??

Welll.... a WW1 EK2 is around £50-60, a 57er is closer to £100 if not over so they are definitely worthy!!!!!!

                            No photo tricks here!!
One of my favourite EK's, is this 1960's Imperial style S&L, with genuine wear and rust giving it the appearance of a much earlier piece......

NICE shots. I really must find an S&L replacement ek ii. The Gallipoli star is tempting too, but the ek ii would make the pair for me.
