Its a nice, postwar Austrian veterans ribbon bar!!!
The blue & yellow ribbons are all for membership and service in the Lower Austria OKB (Osterreichkameradschaftbund)
The half red/ half white ribbon in the centre with the KVK2 device on it is actually for the Austrian Commemorative medal for service in WW2!!
