Any educated guesses as to whether this an early or late manufacture.

Hi Wayne!!
The later shields are usually identifiable by S&L's use of black coloured solder around the pins, this doesn't appear to have that, so should be earlier?
Can't really tell from the pics how crisp the detail is, or too much about the finish applied, it may be mid period rather than early?? But I would say it was a good one!!
