There's a gold wound badge on Ratisbons next auction which is listed a Third Reich denazified award but looks like a 1957 Souval?

Looks to me to be an S&L piece?? Does appear to have wear, but not sure if it has been de-Nazified but could be a postwar made piece either way??
Can't see on the photo if the pin has the wartime tool mark or the postwar scrape??
