    My Collection...

    Hi dear collectors. I have found it necessary to sell my entire collection of decorations of the 1957 design. It is a large collection of good high quality pieces from the 1957 to 1960 era. I will start photographing individual items and post them here in the sales forum if there is any interest. I rather do that than go through ebay if I can help it.

    Duo to health and mostly time issues I will not be able to finish my book on the 1957 awards. Many of you great fellow collectors went far to help me, sending me a stream of awards to photograph and supporting me in every way. It was a great time and I thank you for your help and trust.

    Sorry to hear this!!
    When I first started collecting 57ers, you were "the man" !!!
    Back then 57ers weren't particularly well thought of among wartime collectors, but I think now, they are much better understood and appreciated, and you started it all.....so thank you on behalf of all 57 collectors for that!!!!
    I am sure there will be much interest in your E-stand sales!!!!!

                      Thanks all. I will post for sale tomorrow a cased Knights Cross in the 57 sales forum. Just keep an eye out there. There will be plenty for all in the weeks that follow. Good night from Norway.
