S&L C Frame

Elite Militaria recently posted a Type 1, C frame, Iron core, KC on this board for your opinions. The KC was supposedly made in the late 60's, and had no marks on the cross or ring. Specifically Im trying to determine the difference between a C and B frame. I tried winging it on my own by reviewing threads on this forum, but I only got an information overload.

Hi Bob!!!
There are various flaws etc. that can be used to identify different frames, but by far the easiest way, is by looking at the loop eye!!
If you draw an imaginary line along the top of the RK frame, the "B" frame eye doesn't dip into that line, while the "C" and "D" frame eye does........
