    Assmann eagle?

    Hi Guys,

    Just wondering if you thought the reverse setup on the eagle in this thread looks like Assmann '57-era?

    I'm not aware of any link of Assmann to swastika-bearing items post-war so it's likely just a fake, but I wondered about the setup.

    Hard to say....similarities with Assmann, but also with other postwar makers (non 57) and fakes too...also Assmann MM doesn't look quite right??
    Wonder if theres any chance of closeups of hinge, catch and MM??
