Hey everyone,
this cased post war made Honor Goblet came as part of a Souval grouping that included some LW badges. I'm almost sure though, that it was not made by Souval. As far as I was told in fact this goblet came from Germany and was made in the mid-later 1960's. I saw a non swastika variant at one time too. Those are probably more common and may have served as replacement pieces for lost or damaged wartime pieces.
Unlike the wartime produced goblets, these have the Iron cross and the eagles soldered on separatly instead of having them embossed.
This particular goblet unfortunately sufferd from damage and was repaired at the base area. Never the less I find that it's a very interesting piece.
Best regards,
Alex
